Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Products damaged, defective or with shipment errors will be accepted for returns and/ or refund as per your desire. All re-delivery costs for returns will be borne by 61c. 61c will also refund you costs of couriering the product for return to us to the extent of the amount charged to you and through store credit.
2. For returns, you should email

  1. Order Number
  2. Product details as per the Invoice
  3. Reason for return

3. Products will be accepted for return only if they are in their original packaging
4. Products purchased using discount code or on markdown from MRP will not be accepted for return / exchange.
5. Products should be returned at 61c, 12 Todi Estate, Sun Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013 India between 10.00 am to 5 .00 pm from Monday to Saturday.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellations are possible only before 61c has shipped the product. In this case 61c will refund you the entire amount paid for the order. If 61c has shipped the product(s) then cancellation will be as per the return policy.

2. You will receive refunds by cheque or through credit to the credit/ debit card account, within 15 working days from the date of cancellation or the date we receive the product and we have verified and are satisfied that it fulfils the parameters contained in this Policy for returns.

3. Cheques will be in the name as in the “billing name”.
